Shipping Policies

Shipping is FREE on orders over $200 in Canada.

All items are shipped directly from our studio in Markham, ON. Orders are shipped within 5 to 8 business days from the day your order was placed. A Canada Post tracking # will be sent to your email once your order has shipped!

Custom label orders may require up to 10 business days. Please note, labels ship free and a tracking number will not be provided. If you wish to upgrade to tracking, please fill out this form with your information and we will email you with further instructions. 

Local Delivery 
If you live in any of the cities listed below, we offer free door delivery with a minimum purchase of $60. You will have the option to select local delivery after inputting your address. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please select local pickup instead. Local delivery is completed every other week and it may take up to 3 weeks to receive your order.

While duty and custom fees are not frequent, please note that additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
International Orders
We have international shipping rates set up for all countries. The shipping rate for your order is calculated at the last step of checkout. Please note that additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
